Deep Insight Analytics
Deep insight analytics provides a more detailed analysis of your district's data by allowing you to review data older than 90 days. This data can be valuable in helping you with analysis, reporting, and understanding historical trends. Blocksi stores this data for up to five years.
Accessing Deep Insight Analytics
To access deep insights analytics
Click Insights from the Main Menu, and then click Web Analytics from its sub-menu. The page defaults to Web Analytics.
Click Last 24 Hours in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The timeframe options appear.
Click Export More at the end of the list. The Export More window opens.
Note
If data has already been exported, Visualize Export appears below Export More. Click Visualize Export to see the latest set of exported data.
Selecting What To Export
You can select the following data for export:
All data older than 90 days.
Data for specific time periods during the 90 days.
Data for specific or all OUs.
Data for specific or all students.
Data for specific or all data types.
Any combination of all of the above.

Only the first four data types are visible in the window. Scroll down to see the following additional data types:

Note
You can only visualize data marked with the purple graph icon but you can still export the rest.

Each dashboard is described below.
Web Browsing Activity Overview Dashboard
This dashboard shows the following detailed information about blocked school activity. You can filter data OU or timeframe.
Total Active Users, Total Blocked Websites, Inside/Outside School Blocked Activity for the selected time period.
Top 10 OUs with most blocked websites.
A donut chart with category distribution for unique websites.
Top 10 categories visited most by users.
Charts for total blocked websites by date and total active users by date.
Data can be filtered by OU or timeframe.
Web Browsing Activity Logs Dashboard
This dashboard shows web browsing activity for a selected student. You can filter the data by timeframe.
Teacher Class Overview Dashboard
This dashboard shows the following data for the past 3 to 6 months. You can filter data by OU, teacher email, or timeframe.
All teachers with total class sessions over the time.
Teachers with the most classes.
Note
The Teacher Class Overview Dashboard currently displays data between the last 90 days and 6 months.
Web Browsing & Student Safety Alerts Dashboard
This dashboard shows the following details about student safety alerts by risk levels. You can filter data by OU, student, or timeframe
Total Blocked Websites and Total Confirmed Alerts for the selected time period.
Donut charts for Confirmed Alerts, Safe & Unsafe Alerts, In & Out School Harmful Activity and Web Categories.
Tables for Total Activity By Risk Levels, Safety Alerts by Date and High Risk Activity by Date.
Student Safety Alerts Overview Dashboard
This dashboard shows the following information about student safety alerts by location (in school and out of school). You can filter data by OU or timeframe.
Active Users, In School Alerts and Out School Alerts.
Donut charts for Total Alerts, Alerts Confirmation Rate and Alerts Sources.
Charts for Top 10 Organization Units with Most Student Alerts and Student Safety Alerts by Date.
DNS Log Analytics Dashboard
This dashboard shows the following information about DNS logs. You can filter the data by timeframe.
Donut chart for Category Distribution for the DNS logs.
Blocked Websites by date and Website Access Response Status Distribution.
Audit Trail Dashboard
This dashboard shows an extended list of the audit trail logs. You can filter data by user and user email, and action type.
