Deep Insight Analytics
Deep insight analytics provides a more detailed analysis of your district's data by allowing you to review data older than 90 days. This data can be valuable in helping you with analysis, reporting, and understanding historical trends. Blocksi stores this data for up to five years.
Click Insights from the Main Menu, and then click Web Analytics from its sub-menu. The page defaults to Web Analytics.
Click Last 24 Hours in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The timeframe options appear.
Click Export More at the end of the list. The Export More window opens.
Note
If data has already been exported, Visualize Export appears below Export More. Click Visualize Export to see the latest set of exported data.
All data older than 90 days.
Data for specific time periods during the 90 days.
Data for specific or all OUs.
Data for specific or all students.
Data for specific or all data types.
Any combination of all of the above.

This dashboard shows the following detailed information about blocked school activity. You can filter data OU or timeframe.
Total Active Users, Total Blocked Websites, Inside/Outside School Blocked Activity for the selected time period.
Top 10 OUs with most blocked websites.
A donut chart with category distribution for unique websites.
Top 10 categories visited most by users.
Charts for total blocked websites by date and total active users by date.
Sorting Data
Click the down arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the Top 10 Visited Categories section to display the following sorting options.
Including and Excluding Data
Click the down arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the Organizational Unit drop-down list to include or exclude data from selected OUs.
All teachers with total class sessions over the time.
Teachers with the most classes.

You can filter data by OU, teacher email, or time frame.
Note
The Teacher Class Overview Dashboard currently displays data between the last 90 days and 6 months.
