Class Vitals

Class vitals tracks the following:

  • Top 10 session holders

  • Top 10 class holders

  • Top 10 OUs with the most sessions

  • List of classes for each teacher

  • Active classes

Using Class Vitals, you can track the list of classes for each teacher. You can also export a CSV file of all teachers.

To access Class Vitals

  • Click Insights from the Main Menu and then click Class Vitals from its sub-menu. The Class Vitals screen appears. The page displays pie charts that depict the top 10 session and class holders and the top 10 OUs with the most sessions. You can click the username of a teacher below the chart to remove that teacher from the breakdown in the chart.

To export a PDF file of class vitals general data

  1. Click the Export PDF button to export the file.

  2. Open the file and save it to the desired folder.

To review a teacher's class list

Locate the teacher whose classes you want to review, and click the All Classes button. The following window opens, showing the class name and the number of sessions.

To review attendance for an active class

Locate the teacher whose class you want to review, and click the down arrow to the right of the class name in the Active class column. The following window opens, showing the students currently in the class and whether they are present or absent.

Tip

You can also search for a teacher. Type the teacher’s email address in the Search teacher... text box and click the Search button.

To export a CSV file of all teachers

  1. Click the Export CSV button to export the file.

  2. Open the file and save it to the desired folder.

To review a student's chat history with their teachers

  1. Click the Chat History button. The Chat History window opens.

  2. Click the desired View Chat button to view the chat history between that student and their teacher.
