Parent Vitals

The Parent Dashboard Analytics tracks the following:

  • The total number of parents, which includes the number of parents who have signed up and are active, the number of parents who have signed up but are not active, and the number of parents who have not yet signed up.

  • The parents with the most activity

  • The most used features of Blocksi

  • Each parent's email address

  • Each parent's status

  • The number of sign-ins for each parent

  • The last sign-in for each parent

  • The number of associated students for each parent

  • Feature usage of each parent

To access Parent Vitals

  • Click Insights from the Main Menu and then click Parent Vitals from its sub-menu. The Parent Dashboard Analytics screen appears. The page displays pie charts that depict the total number of parents (which includes the number of parents who have signed up and are active, the number of parents who have signed up but are not active, and the number of parents who have not yet signed up), and the most used features of Blocksi. There is also a listing of the most active parents.

Hover your mouse cursor over the sections of each pie chart to see its data. You can also click each section listed beneath each pie chart to remove that section from each pie chart.

To download a PDF file of parent vitals data

  1. Click the Download PDF button to download the PDF. The file appears in the lower left-hand corner of your screen.

  2. Click it to open and save it.

To see the students that are associated with each parent

Locate the desired parent and hover your mouse cursor over the student icon in the Students column of the Parents List table.

To see a parent's feature usage

Locate the desired parent and click the icon in the Feature Usage column of the Parents List table.

To export a parent list CSV file

  1. Click the Export CSV button to export the file. The file appears in the lower left-hand corner of your screen.

  2. Click it to open and save it.
