Adding Co-Teachers

You can add up to three co-teachers per class. Co-Teachers have access to the same functionality as you do, with the following exceptions:

  • Co-Teachers do not have access or control over other co-teachers; the Teachers button is hidden from the co-teacher on their dashboard

  • Co-Teachers cannot set tab limits for students in a class.

  • Co-Teachers cannot change the class policy; they can change only student policies.

  • Co-Teachers cannot start and end conferences.

Notification messages containing your or the co-teacher's name are displayed any time you or a co-teacher makes a change to a class, so that each of you knows what the other is doing at all times to avoid any issues.

When you first add co-teachers to a class, they may need to refresh the page to view newly added assigned classes.

Google Forms for AI quizzes created by co-teachers are stored on their accounts, not yours.
