If allowed, you can request validation of student email accounts on the Parent Dashboard.

This section does not appear if your Admin has disabled it.
To request validation of a student email account
Type the email address in the Enter an email account text box.
Click Request Validation +. An information prompt appears informing you that the validation request was sent to the school administrator and that you will be notified by email when the request is validated. Note that the email appears in the Users Table with a status of Waiting for Validation appearing in red.
Click Close to remove the prompt.
